1. Digital Products and Delivery

All products sold on Danyal Tools (including VIP Telegram Channel Invites, Bot API Licenses, and Scripts) are digital goods. Delivery is conducted instantly or manually verified by an admin, after which your credentials will be available in your digital vault and sent to your email or Telegram.

2. Payments and Cryptocurrencies

We accept local payment methods (Easypaisa, JazzCash, Bank Transfers) and Crypto (USDT, Binance Pay). You must provide correct Transaction IDs (TID) when checking out. Providing false TIDs or attempting to bypass payment verification will result in a permanent ban from our services.

3. Replacement Warranty Policy

  • Products labeled with an active warranty duration (e.g., 1 Month, 6 Months, 1 Year) are fully protected for the specified duration.
  • If an account, key, or invite link stops working during the warranty period through no fault of your own, we will provide a free replacement or fix.
  • NO WARRANTY PRODUCTS: Items explicitly marked or purchased under 🚫 NO WARRANTY are promotional/discounted goods sold strictly "as-is". These products carry zero warranty coverage and are not eligible for replacement, reactivation, exchange, or disputes.
  • Warranty is voided if the user violates the rules of the purchased service (e.g., spamming, sharing private invite links, violating API terms).

4. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once digital credentials or invite links have been delivered, accessed, or for products marked with 🚫 NO WARRANTY, unless we fail to deliver the product or provide a working replacement under eligible warranty terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our digital tools or scripts for illegal activities, harassment, or malicious attacks. Danyal Tools holds no liability for how you choose to use the third-party developer tools purchased from our store.

6. Modifications

Danyal Tools reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the store following any changes signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.
